Responsibilities:
? Business Strategy & Pricing Management:
o Develop and implement comprehensive product pricing strategies ensuring alignment with market positioning, cost analysis, competitive dynamics, and corporate profit targets.
o Manage and continuously optimize the quotation process by adjusting the product pricing system based on fluctuations in raw material prices, changes in production costs, and shifts in market demand.
? Costing System Establishment & Improvement:
o Lead the establishment and enhancement of a standardized and efficient costing management system, including developing costing templates, rules, and approval procedures to ensure adaptability to evolving market conditions.
? Customer Needs Response & Negotiation Support:
o Provide professional and competitive product costing solutions tailored to specific customer requirements while coordinating internal resources for customized service cost calculations.
o Participate in crucial business negotiations with key clients, offering expert advice and support on pricing matters to facilitate the best possible transaction terms.
? Risk Assessment & Control:
o Conduct proactive prediction and evaluation of various potential commercial risks (e.g., exchange rate fluctuations, supply chain cost changes), and develop corresponding pricing strategies and contingency plans accordingly.
? Data Analysis & Decision Support:
o Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitor analysis, regularly analyze costing data, and provide actionable insights for improving pricing strategies to the executive decision-makers.
? Team Building & Talent Development:
o Build and lead a highly proficient and efficient costing team, enhancing members’ business acumen and professional competencies to guarantee accuracy and timeliness in costing tasks.
? Internal Collaboration & Communication:
o Work closely with materials, production, sales, and finance departments to ensure consistency of costing information within the organization, driving cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree preferred.
? Possess extensive experience in the footwear trading sector, with a deep understanding of shoe product cost structures and market pricing principles.
? Masterful in financial management, demonstrating sharp business acumen and exceptional analytical skills.
? Display excellent communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with strong customer service orientation, able to make prompt and accurate decisions under pressure.
? Proven track record in team leadership and talent cultivation, capable of guiding the team towards achieving strategic objectives.
? Extensive Microsoft Office skills with the purpose of reporting and presenting.
? Knowledge and experience in the processes of Product Development, Supply Chain Management and Financial Management of Footwear and Footwear Manufacturing.
? Excellent Oral & Written Communication and Presentation Skills in both Mandarin and English
? Expected travel within Asia is about 70%
? Flexibility to work in the evenings and weekends, as needed.

Company History:
Through the 1990’s, our organization grew into Indonesia and launched a specialty production facility with business partner. And continuous focusing on supply chain support for our clientele, AMG expanded offices further in Guang Dong, China in 2001 then opening our standalone facility in 2004 in Fujian, China, which has served to become our base of operations since housing our sample room, laboratory, development offices, design headquarters, production planning and technical services hub. In 2011, we expanded into Cambodia and Vietnam—with offices in Phnom Penh and Hanoi managing production with partner facilities. By 2019, AMG are operating in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, and the United States managing the supply chain for brands and retailers in over 100 countries.
