泰嵩就是制鞋, 自1899年英國聯(lián)合制鞋設(shè)備有限公司(British United Shoe Machinery Company Ltd)成立以來, 已有超過百年歷史. 位于英國李斯特誠(Leicester)的"聯(lián)合工廠"(Union Works), 原為創(chuàng)始公司之一Parson and Bennion Ltd的基地, 現(xiàn)在仍是泰嵩的總部所在地.

時至今日,泰嵩已成為全球最大的制鞋材料生產(chǎn)商, 也是唯一為全球制鞋業(yè)生產(chǎn)木漿纖維板, 不織布及金屬制鞋材料的廠商, 在三大洲設(shè)有生產(chǎn)廠房, 產(chǎn)品銷往90多個國家.

We design, manufacture and distribute high quality, high performance materials including non-woven and saturated felts, extruded filmic materials and wet web saturated cellulose board. Our products are used in footwear, fashion accessories, clothing, flooring, filtration and luggage to name but a few. We have manufacturing facilities on three continents and sales, marketing and technical support in more than 90 countries.
