- Responsibilities:
?Extract and review open sales lists and ship windows from SAP.
?Review emails from customers and suppliers for orders ready to ship.
?Update and maintain customer overviews in excel for status monitoring.
?Gather required documentation from suppliers as per customer requirements.
?Perform proforma invoicing (pre-billing) as required for booking purposes.
?Communicate with factories for missing documentation.
?Generate customer invoices.
?Navigate customer portals and emails for submission of necessary billing documents.
?Ensure correct sales cut off at month end.
?Update customer unbilled sales status at month end based on closing schedule.
?Maintain best-in-class customer service for both internal and external parties.
?Adhere to all deadlines.
Requirements:
1.College Degree or equivalent
2.Intermediate command of the Office suite: Excel
3.Fluent in both written and oral English.
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Confident, self-motivated, independent, mature and integrity.
6. Strong team spirit and willing to work under pressure
