- 職位描述：
- Responsibility:
1.Work out new construction according to brand’s requirements to achieve both fit and aesthetic, including heel, platform, last and bottom (BP/MOCKUP).
2.Work with last technician for last creation and modification in order to fix fit issue at the early development stage.
3.Check proto with PD and correct last to fix fit, and support PD for pattern correction, material review, and product execution quality.
4.Review the SS comments released from HO and transfer to factory clearly and correctly, approve the basic-size fit sample within the defined timeline in order to finalize the last/pattern/construction/measurements.
5.Run the wear test process of sample size to dig out any potential risks against fit and production safety in order to optimize fit.
6.Attend the risk assessment meeting with PD, QA and Merchandiser to call out any potential risk before move to production stage.
7.Support the pre-production team if any production manufacturing issue coming out.
8.Support production merchandiser reviewing CFM for good fit and nice product execution.
9.Cross functional work with PE, PD, Merchandiser, PM and design team for all technical support.
Requirements:
a.10+ years of experience in the similar technical position of footwear industry, focused on boat shoes technical field is prior.
b. Strong knowledge in the area of last, fit, pattern and pre-production area to achieve fit and aesthetic.
c. Be a team player, able to work with PD, factories, agents, pre-production team and QC.
d. Full of knowledge of production, technical construction, last, pattern, full-size grading.
e. Fitting product from development to Pre-production for fit, comfort and quality.
f. Efficient communication with suppliers, manufactures and oversea’ office.
g. Able to work on multiple projects, drive efficiency, work to timeline, coach and lead suppliers.
h. Good written and verbal English communication skills.
i. Ability to make decisions in a fast paced work environment.
j. Computer literate-Email, Microsoft Office, Word and PPT.
