鑫茂公司成立于1999年,由鑫茂公司總部、成都市鑫茂鞋業(yè)有限責任公司、成都金荻兒鞋業(yè)有限公司、廣州金荻兒鞋業(yè)有限公司共同組建而成。公司自創(chuàng)建以來,一直致力于自主品牌“金荻兒”的開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和銷售,并與“紅蜻蜓”等國內(nèi)知名企業(yè)強強合作,開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)出深受客戶歡迎的真皮皮鞋,持續(xù)締造多項行業(yè)實施標準。公司相繼成立金花分廠、鞋都分廠、雙流分廠三個生產(chǎn)廠區(qū),總占地面積80余畝,具備年生產(chǎn)皮鞋160萬雙的產(chǎn)能。
Shinemore Company was jointly established by the headquarters of Shinemore Company, Chengdu Shinemore Shoes Co., Ltd., Chengdu Jindier Shoes Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Jindier Shoes Co., Ltd. in 1999. Ever since its establishment, the Company has always been committed to the development, production and sales of its self-owned brand "Jindier" and has cooperated with domestic famous enterprises such as "Red Dragonfly" to develop and produce leather shoes deeply flavored by customers. It has also created several standards of industrial implementation. The Company has successively established three production plants, i.e. Jinhua Branch Plant, Shoes Capital Branch Plant and Shuangliu Branch Plant, with the total coverage area of over 80 Mu, and the annual production capacity of 1.6 million pairs of shoes.

The Shinemore Company invested tens of millions Yuan to complete the construction of its headquarters of high specifications and standards in 2010.The headquarters is a new milestone in the development history of Shinemore Company and it marks that the Company has made a stride leap on the development road towards a competitive products production group of scale. In 2006, the Company made a huge investment to establish marketing centers and product development centers in Guangzhou and Chengdu and fully opened up the domestic leather shoes market, winning customers’ continuous praise and laid a solid foundation for the later flourish of the enterprise. After 12 years of sedimentation and accumulation, the Company has strengthened its internal management and external cooperation & exchange and has gradually upgraded its development and design. In 2011, it proposed a new development strategy, i.e. gradually expanding from a single domestic market to gradually develop into a domestic and international integrated market.
