職位描述:
1.協(xié)助供應(yīng)商跟進(jìn)整個訂單流程(確認(rèn)訂單-樣品-標(biāo)簽及包裝-量產(chǎn)/船務(wù)-付款)
2.協(xié)助質(zhì)量督導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行日常溝通
3.協(xié)助采購經(jīng)理與供應(yīng)商跟進(jìn)訂單
4.作為與供應(yīng)商溝通的核心
5.催促并跟進(jìn)訂單,確保船務(wù)能盡早安排
6.準(zhǔn)備或參加供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)會議
7.跟進(jìn)大貨及樣品進(jìn)度
8.流程跟進(jìn),學(xué)習(xí)及實(shí)施
9.其他由上級安排的任務(wù)
職位要求:
1.3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.2年以上鞋業(yè)外貿(mào)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.基礎(chǔ)的鞋子及大貨知識
4.積極樂觀有激情,注意細(xì)節(jié),有緊迫感、耐心和責(zé)任心,良好的處理問題及溝通能力
5.熟練使用辦公軟件
6.良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
7.大專以上學(xué)歷
