Shenzhen Sunstar Enterprises is a custom compounder focused on producing thermoplastic
elastomer (TPE) products to meet specific customer needs. Sunstar’s strengths are
formulation technology, manufacturing equipment and expertise, and an experienced
technical staff. Sunstar’s chemists continuously develop new TPE products to meet
customer requirements and to establish industry standards. All of Sunstar’s products
are produced using Werner & Pfleiderer twin screw extruders that have been custom built
to manufacture TPE. Sunstar’s technical staff has years of TPE experience and is
available to all customers. In addition to the products, Sunstar provides valuable technical services such as mold design, part design, and injection molding and
extrusion process engineering.
