- 工作職責：
1.?熟悉市場流行信息男女裝時尚潮流，根據(jù)每季產(chǎn)品的理念及主題，商品企劃等規(guī)定開展產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工作；
2.?設(shè)計稿、工藝以及細節(jié)圖稿的繪制，跟進樣板開發(fā)，使設(shè)計的主題與思路能通過樣板得以體現(xiàn)；
3.?根據(jù)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)計劃制定具體工作計劃，在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)保質(zhì)保量完成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計工作；
4.?須具有關(guān)設(shè)計專業(yè)院校教育背景
5設(shè)計師須具備?3年以上男裝設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗
6.?設(shè)計師須熟悉Adobe?Illustrator?/?Photoshop、PowerPoint、EXCEL?相關(guān)軟件使用；
7.?具備時尚品味，了解國際前沿信息，對流行趨勢與零售市場有獨到見解；
8.?具有嚴謹細致的工作態(tài)度，責任心強，溝通表達能力強，富有創(chuàng)意及執(zhí)行力，有團隊協(xié)作精神,?能有效地和團隊溝通和合作；
9.?能操流利國語及英語

1.?Familiar?with?market?popular?information?and?fashion?trends?for?men?and?women,?carry?out?product?development?work?according?to?the?concept?and?theme?of?each?season’s?product,?product?planning?and?other?regulations;
2.?Drawing?of?design?drafts,?craftsmanship?and?detailed?drawings,?follow-up?model?development,?so?that?the?theme?and?ideas?of?the?design?can?be?reflected?through?the?model;
3.?Develop?a?specific?work?plan?according?to?the?product?development?plan,?and?complete?the?product?design?work?within?the?specified?time?with?quality;
4.?Must?have?an?educational?background?in?a?design?professional?college.
5?Designers?must?have?more?than?3?years?of?menswear?design?work?experience
6.?The?designer?must?be?familiar?with?Adobe?Illustrator?/?Photoshop,?PowerPoint,?EXCEL?related?software;
7.?Possess?fashion?taste,?understand?international?cutting-edge?information,?and?have?unique?insights?into?fashion?trends?and?retail?markets;
