- 職位描述:
- Key Roles & Responsibilities :
? Verify pre-costing CBD or price saving suggestions including selection of raw material in collaboration with PD and product manager during prototype sample stage.
? Review suppliers’ CBD and make CFS CBD on projects of their responsible brand/category. Communicate any difference to get agreed and transparent CBD and release SRM price in BPS.
? Prodef new uppers to simplify the construction and improve material consumption efficiency. Visit factory to check possibility of reduce labor cost via simplify production process, and check possibility of improve usage efficiency.
? Maintaining work record for each SRM and preparing cost comparison report to compare supplier’s initial quotevs and CFS final approvedprice( automatic in BPS).
? Evaluate mold/equipment amortized value to enable raising credit/debit note
? Assisting in negotiation with suppliers to settle the most economical price.
? Select volume styles above 5,000prs per upper for volume discount negotiation after SRM, and update BPS system.
? Assisting costing manager in updating material price database and other sources.
? Assist Costing manager in updating cost saving report with commitment quantity and actual order quantity
? Keeping record of historical price, cost reduction projects and prepare cost reduction reports.
