- 職位描述：
- Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Inspect set-up of production lines (heating tunnel, cooling tunnel, sole press machine…etc). Conduct “In Process” quality control in productions (cutting, stitching and lasting).
2. Verification packing instructions w/ FSRs (UPC label, shoeboxes, etc)(during Die test).
3. Attend Die test meeting, discuss issues with factory technician and record it.
4. Assist supervisor complete work on D/T、P/T, prevent quality issues to happen.
5. Conducting production quality of factory and monitoring factory’s mold prevention process.
6. Deal with emergency quality issues and make a CAP for defective issue.
7. Verify daily in-house pull test (twice a day) and schedule and any shortage information provided by factory production control department.
8. Sign test material and test sample for internal lab test and 3RD party test.
9. Check if any Topline orders are being subcontracted to non-authorized supplier.
10. Ensuring all raw material and components are from confirmation sample supplier and either color or quality are without acceptable range by individual customer.
11. Work with Factory and evaluate whether there will or not be a delay with FSR .
12. Prepare for the third inspection and coordination work.
13. Good conduct and control the During and final inspection of productions.
14. Make sure production shoes (size 6 & 8) have Fitting report from company model.
15. When find evidenced illegal electronic activity. then take actions accordingly. Verify material, outsole, ornament supplier information（especially outsole w/flocking, we have two suppliers in DGO, one is WanCheng, the other one is JingMao.)
16. Complete other tasks given by the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
1. Above 7 years of experience of shoes inspector and with a strong personality.
2. Have factory experience, know how production line set up and shoes technology.
3. Have English read, write and communication skill.
4. Have good communication, coordination ability and judgement ability.
5. Have good ability of judgment, control and prevention on shoes quality.
6. Have good problem handing capacity on quality .
7. Have team work spirit.
